Sourcing a beautiful, wow-factor wedding cake, was one of the key points on our ‘wedding to-do list’. We spoke with numerous companies, but found that as soon as the conversation turned to decorations, the price would rocket. It was during this time of eye-watering cake quotes, that much to our relief we discovered Francesca Dahlia. Francesca was a breath of fresh air - professional, attentive and most importantly, an incredibly talented sugar flower designer. She was thorough throughout the process and took the time to understand exactly what we needed. Her expertise was clear from the offset and we found her honesty refreshing. The result was the cake we had dreamt up, and at a price that didn’t make us balk. We couldn’t recommend Francesca any more. She was a big factor in making our special day, that much more memorable."
